10 Simple Ways to Live by for a Successful And Fulfilling Life!

Successful And Fulfilling Life

Can you relate do this image? Exhausted from a full day. Are you looking for a Successful And Fulfilling Life?

You are in the right place. Join me at CTFO!

Read On….you will see why!

Do you often feel your day-to-day life is full of stress and chaos?

Are you scrambling to find a peaceful moment in the day when you can put your feet up and relax? Are you rushed, stressed out and ready to call it quits? You just can’t find your way to a Successful And Fulfilling Life.

Why is that so? Who is responsible for it? Why have we made it so difficult?

No worries, you are not alone. In today’s world many people feel the very same way. Almost as if we forgot how to relax. I used to feel like this so I perfectly understand.

The solution is simple: simplify your life.

It’s the implementation part that is hard, but here are the ways to live by to for a Successful And Fulfilling Life!

Here is help with that:

1. Believe in yourself , but be aware of your limitations

The first step to accomplishing all your goals and making your dreams come true starts with this simple realisation that you are human:

You are not perfect and you can’t do everything alone.

Always keep things realistic. Don’t put so much pressure on yourself that you find it hard to move; trust yourself to deliver what you need to, but also be prepared to cut yourself some slack.

Own up when you make a mistake. Set goals, and enjoy the journey.

2. De-clutter and simplify

You have a thousand different things screaming for attention:

You have  the never-ending household chores waiting. Then there’s planning dinner for the family. You have to organize your calendar and make room for more appointments; make time to socialise; help the kids with homework; and make a gazillion runs around town.

Don’t even get started on what needs to be done to build and grow your business.

Let’s get one thing straight—you cannot accomplish anything unless you get yourself some of the clarity that comes from creating space in your life, in your relationships and your environment.

You need to reduce, cut back, simplify—Only then will you stop the feeling of being overwhelmed and rushed.

Get organized. Plan your day the night before and try hard to stick to the plan.

3. Keep things in perspective

I admit there will be times when nothing will go your way, and you will find yourself fighting battles, fixing problems and minimizing damage all day long.

We all have those days, and it is too easy to get caught up in the drama. Get a handle on things: this, too, shall pass.

Your child will get better soon, the noisy neighbourhood parties will end, your client that constantly has questions and wants you to hold their hand will finally hold themselves accountable (we can hope, can’t we?), and there will be actual days where you tick off all the items on your to-do list.

Don’t sweat the small stuff. Have an open mind.

4. Treat others how they want to be treated

You might end up getting in trouble if you try treating others how you want to be treated, instead of how they would like you to treat them.

For instance, if you are not a phone person, you might not call your friend because you assume that they feel the same way you do, which may not be the case. Model their behavior until you establish a means of friendly communication.

Try to be sensitive to the needs of others, and occasionally going out of your way to do something for them.

Try not to judge. Be generous; try to do something nice for somebody on a regular basis.

5. Pay attention to the moment

Stop thinking about what happened in the past, or worry about what might happen in the future.

Live in the moment and learn to accept and appreciate each one.

6. Have a positive mindset (this is so important)

You are what you think all day long. No matter what is going on in your personal life, always project a positive attitude and wear a smile.

If you have nothing but negative thoughts racing through your head, then that’s what you are going to get, so try shifting to a more positive outlook on life.

You will be surprised to see that whatever you wished for will start to manifest itself around you.

7. Educate yourself

The most interesting people are the ones who take an interest in life and never let go of the “beginner’s mind”. They discover learning opportunities and continue to grow, both personally and professionally.

Be a life-long learner. You don’t have to get old to become wise.

Read good books. Try to learn something new every day. Take courses in subjects you enjoy.

8. Remember things that you are grateful for

Try this exercise:

Whenever you are feeling low, make a list of all the things that make you happy, joyous, and grateful.

A beautiful family, adoring kids, kind friends, health, happy home, a job that pays the bills, surprise dinner prepared by a loving spouse, a blog, favorite books and keepsakes, unexpected twenty dollar bill in your jeans pocket.

Everything counts.

After you’ve done this, consider what has happened to the feelings of doom and gloom.

It is impossible not to be cheered up after remembering all the fantastic things you have in your life.

Be grateful, and always make room for more happiness.

9. You can have it all, just not at the same time

There is no greater truth than this:

You cannot have everything at the same time. You have only 24 hours in a day and need to take care of your relationships, work and spirit.

On any given day, the focus will shift. Some days your personal life may disrupt the plans you laid out for the day.

Sometimes you just need to chill with your friends because it has been ages since you last took a break.

You don’t have to do everything all at once, and life doesn’t have to be complicated.

Simple living is mindful living.

10. Take Time For You Living Healthy

Find time for you to relax doing things you enjoy. Maybe a walk in the park or along the beach. Perhaps a nice bubble bath or reading a book in the garden or poolside.

Making changes to your diet and home environment has proven to lead many to a Successful And Fulfilling Life. How Online Reviews Impact Your Business

Word of mouth regarding people’s interactions and experiences with a business, has been the age old method of spreading the word about the reputation of a business. Unfortunately, bad news tends to travel so much faster than good news and in this information age, the speed of travel is multiplied significantly. The fact is, that many people rely on these reviews and weight them as heavily as they would a personal recommendation, and for this reason, popular opinion can either drive traffic to your business or drive traffic away from it. Online reviews have proven to contribute a major Impact Your Business as well.Online Reviews

Regardless of the outcome of the online review, this feature is a good vital addition for your website’s interface because potential clients rely on the opinion of others more heavily than you may realize. From choosing vacation spots, to going out to eat, to simply purchasing clothing, people want to know and need to know, as well as have the added security of feeling free to go ahead and engage a business for products and or services, even if the reviews are from people they don’t personally know.

With this comes the responsibility for the business owners and operators to ensure that all involved will function in a manner that is representative of the company’s image and that a high level of professionalism is maintained.

What Positive Reviews Can Do For You

The more positive reviews that site visitors see, the greater the chances are that they will engage your business in a positive way. Even if your products or services may not be among the cheapest of their options, having numerous positive reviews increases your credibility with them, and, as a result, their trust as well. This will in turn lead to greater profit margins and even recommendations to others based on the experiences of satisfied clients.

What Negative Reviews Can Do

If a business has no reviews or too many negative reviews, these two situations may translate into a similar result–loss of business. Potential clients are hesitant to conduct business with companies for whom they cannot establish credibility or which have a perceived lack of credibility based on unfavorable reviews. This is why a high level of professionalism is important, because as many as three bad reviews can be highly damaging to a company’s reputation, the effects of which can be lasting.

What You Can Do To Ensure Favorable Reviews

Deal honestly with business prospects by representing your products and services as they are.

Provide excellent customer service interactions, by training staff (if any) and ensuring that your business standards are being maintained.

Encourage authentic user reviews rather than purchasing fabricated reviews from non-users. These have proven to be detrimental to sales as potential customers also read reviews in a bid to determine authenticity.

To really convert positive customer reviews into revenue for your business, you must actively be interested in excellence in this area, as a business owner/operator. Negative reviews may even be an opportunity for you to demonstrate good customer service by the way you address your clients’ grouses. You therefore need not be disheartened if this ever happens—it does not necessarily mean the death of your business.

There is so much more you can do to ensure the success of you business. For access to a wealth of information on how make use of the plethora of tools and methods to market your business via the internet, my done-for-you system will open the door to strategies and advice that you can channel into your business to watch it blossom into the successful venture you would like it to be.

6 Strategies to Overcome the Fear of Failure

6 Strategies to Overcome Your Fear of Failure

Fear of FailureHonestly, is fear of failure in anything we do in our lives, the end of the world. I don’t think so. Failure is a learning experience and odds are with most people they will not fail without getting something out of it. That’s not to say failure may not happen again, but it may manifest in another experience, another learning experience. So don’t sweat the Fear of Failure, it makes you better every time you try.

Here are 6 strategies to help you stop your fear of failure sucking the life out of you, and use it to succeed:

1. Accept yourself

When you fight something you give it power, and trying to control your fear will make it stronger. Instead, when you feel it, close your eyes and look inwards. Use a little acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). Stop judging and start feeling and observing what’s happening in your body.

Detach yourself slightly from what’s going on and just observe what you feel and where you feel it. Is it a cold lump in your stomach? Is it pressure in your head? If you do this for a minute or two you’ll feel a sense of calm acceptance, and the power will deflate. With practice, you’ll begin to think “that’s just my fear of failure”, and be able to move on.

2. Control your thoughts

We all have random, crazy thoughts that pop into our minds from time to time but we dismiss them because they’re really wacky. The problem is that we don’t do the same for more reasonable, but unhelpful thoughts.

The next time you get one of those thoughts defuse it so you can let it go. Pretend you’re dealing with an unhelpful teenager and tell it, “Thanks, mind”, then move on to a more positive thought.

This also helps if you start thinking “I can’t do this”. You can simply thank your mind for the thought and then consciously ask yourself “HOW can I do this?” Changing the statement to a question will put your brain into a problem-solving mode so you’re more likely to come up with solutions.

3. Find your triggers

Do certain situations trigger negative thoughts and feelings? Maybe checking your Facebook feed is discouraging because everyone seems so successful. Maybe being around certain people makes you feel inadequate.

If you notice patterns like this then take steps to stop doing those things, or being around those people. If you can’t stop immediately, take steps to withdraw. For example, if your job gets you down and you can’t leave immediately, put an exit strategy in place. Start an active campaign to leave the workplace and begin something new.

Taking the steps to get out of negative situations will give you a feeling of control, and boost your confidence.

4. Believe in yourself

Feeling overwhelmed by your goals? Convinced you’re not good enough to take on the world? Try focusing on the here and now. Pay attention to little things you can achieve today and ignore the big picture for now.

Long-term plans can overwhelm everyone, the trick is to make sure it doesn’t immobilize you. Focus on the piece of the project that you can achieve now. Believe that you’ll be ready for each step as it arrives.

5. Appreciate yourself

Start an appreciation diary. This is similar to a gratitude diary but different. Each day list three or more things that you’re proud of. This is a place to note all the things you’ve done well – a way of congratulating yourself.

Practice patting yourself on the back, to reinforce the things you’re pleased about and you’ll start to feel stronger and more successful.

“The more you praise and celebrate your life, the more there is in life to celebrate.” – Oprah Winfrey

6. Question the ‘signs’

Don’t wonder if the universe is trying to send you a ‘sign’. Things are what they are – we add meaning that’s often not there. The weird thing is that we don’t do it over the day to day stuff. If your favorite coffee shop is closed for renovations you don’t think it’s a sign that you should give up coffee.

You just go somewhere else for coffee. So apply the same mindset to other setbacks you experience. Don’t think of them as a sign from the universe.

There is a plot twist in your story, not a sign you’re on the wrong path. Ignore them and stick to your dreams.

Use these tools and release your fear of failure and start your path to success today. I know that you can do it. I BELIEVE in you, and so do you. Failure is NOT an option, it is a choice. What do you choose?

How has the fear of failure stopped you? How do you get past your fear? Only you can decide your fate, and the rest of the world moves forward……?

How to Keep a Positive Mojo

Wow, keeping a positive Mojo can be tough in today’s world.                                                                                                   Mojo

With all life’s stresses, things that are totally out of your control, kids, family and the J.O.B. can make it difficult to keep a Positive Mojo. It is well known that a large majority of the U.S. working population say they are unhappy and unsatisfied with their jobs. So mojo is really related to feeling happy and satisfied in all areas of your life. Imagine leaving a sparkling smile with everyone you encounter each day.  My point is, regardless of situations that you encounter in life’s path each day, it is imperative to project a positive mindset and attitude to succeed in your business and your personal life.

I would like to share a story that inspired me to write this blog. I have been caring for my mom that has dementia and is in denial that anything is wrong with her. Unfortunately we lost my father earlier this year and after 62 years of marriage,  mom has slipped into a deep depression, understandable. I found myself in a house of constant turmoil, it is a fight to get her to take her medications, eat, bath and be somewhat active. She has become mean, in her words and even physical, and will say awful things to family members. All she wants to do is sleep all day and live in a dark dreary house and refuses help from anyone. Added in with all of this, we are discovering serious problems of unpaid bills and so much more.

I have been reading and watching videos on Mindset and positive thinking to improve my business skills to share with my clients. So imagine being broke down and pulled into two different directions at the same time. I was really struggling until I started listening to audios and videos from the great Ray Higdon on mindset and positive thinking. I realized this could help with my current situation, and began using only positive comments and tactics with my mom. So I got my Positive Mojo back.

The importance of all of this is simply stay positive no matter what life throws your way. If you react positively in your words, actions and posture others will notice and possibly take a look at themselves. When you hear “No, I’m not interested” or “Sounds like a scam” simply react by saying something positive. Here are 3 positive comments that work very effectively:

  • No problem, I understand this may not be for everyone. So do you have a plan for your retirement?
  • I absolutely understand time may be an issue, how long do you plan to continue working those long hours?
  • So you are saying you can’t afford it, if money was not an issue do you think this may change your life?

Remember, the difference between CAN and CANNOT is only three letters. Three letters that determine your life’s direction.
