How to Deal with the Monday Blues
Happy Monday All. Hope you are not feeling the Monday Blues! Had a great weekend with friends and family, but time to return to a new week of hustle and bustle. Are you feeling tired, sluggish, fuzzy and just plain out of sorts? You have the Monday Blues! The lack of energy and motivation maybe even depression hits you, sometimes starting Sunday evening. It’s back to work or school, anxiety, sadness, or stress, can all be signs of the Monday Blues.
Many studies in psychology and neurology have shown that the emotional state has a huge effect on the quality of work in the workplace. A person’s emotional state can impact productivity, motivation, creativity and less engagement in the task at hand.
If this is your life and you experience any of the signs listed above, there are options for you. Provide your body with the essential nutrients the human body needs to function properly. These necessary nutrients aid the brain functions, bone growth and overall health of the human body. Make time each morning to provide your body with the fuel it needs to get you motivated and full of energy.
- Reduce your Stress
Consider starting your own home business. In the beginning, work towards your business part time. It can be as little as an hour or two a day. In time, you will benefit by reducing your stress, having more time to spend with friends and family, be your own boss and work the hours you want. With the right tools, self devotion and training, this is very possible. Starting small can be very affordable and easy to follow step by step guidelines.
